Michael was called to the Bar in 1995.
At the time he was the litigation partner in a Gold Coast Law Firm.
Michael was admitted as a solicitor in 1985 having completed his Articles of Clerkship at the Brisbane Law Firm now known as Clayton Utz.
For in excess of 40 years the majority of Michael's working life has involved the conduct of litigation and mediation in Courts in Queensland and elsewhere - from Cairns in the North to Melbourne in the South and as far west as Broken Hill in New South Wales.
Michael is a Court approved mediator and costs assessor - he has conducted numerous mediations and costs assessments.
